The official SustainML  Kick-off Meeting (KoM) was held in Madrid on December 8th and 9th, 2022. eProsima, the project coordinator, organized the face-to-face meeting in the Exe Hotel in Tres Cantos.

The KoM mainly focused on each participant's initiatives and research areas, followed by Work Package (WP) leaders' presentations. The content of presentations included a description of tasks, deliverables, and upcoming actions of the respective WPs. A Q&A session was organized after each presentation, which helped spark valuable discussions leading to significant conclusions.

All the SustainML participants came to Madrid: DFKI, Inria, IBM, University of Copenhagen, UpMem, Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and eProsima.
